“Going Green for Golden Land”, is our first step to take towards going green. Started internally by promoting recycling, reusing and reducing the use of materials, which are harmful to environment. This efforts extend to all our clients as well, we provide our guests with refillable biodegradable BPA free water bottles and reusable tote bags to be green travelers. We are seeking out opportunities for conservational projects, which will minimize the adverse affects of Tourism, to isolate local livelihood from frequent visitors and preserving Myanmar culture and heritage. We do ask for your support for social-cultural projects.

Enables and generates greater economic benefits for local people and enhances the well-being of host communities, improves working conditions and access to the industry; (What have we done so far? – We, all member of Silk Road To Asia Travels donate at charitable places like HHHP, relocating better office location and using eco-friendly office equipments and software)

2. Involves local people in decisions that affect their lives and life chances; (We always seek advice from host destination opinions and aids them if necessary)

3. Makes positive contributions to the conservation of natural and cultural heritage, to the maintenance of the world’s diversity;

4. Provides more enjoyable experiences for tourists through more meaningful connections with local people, and a greater understanding of local cultural, social and environmental issues; (We constantly make sure travelers respects local customs yet enjoy the insights of local people’ life-style)

5. Minimizes negative economic, environmental, and social impacts; (We discourage to give money to children and by providing refillable bottles that may lead to reduction of plastic waste)

6. Is culturally sensitive, engenders respect between tourists and hosts, and builds local pride and confidence. (We ask our travelers to learn Myanmar Language and Do’s and Dont’s in Myanmar)
