Day 1
Yangon arrival
Arrive at Yangon International airport and warmly welcomed by our local tour guide. Transfer to hotel for relaxation.
In the afternoon, walk on heritage line of Yangon where there are many colonial buildings around Sule Pagoda in downtown area.
In the evening, visit the majestic Shwedagon Pagoda, gleaming in Gold and decorated with diamonds, is a spectacular work of architecture and proportional beauty.
Day 2
Yangon sightseeing (B)
Morning visit Botataung Pagoda, a famous landmark on Yangon’s waterfront, a harbor area around the Pagoda where the boats leave for the nearby villages and then proceed to Chaukhtetkyi Pagoda which is a huge reclining Buddha image.
In the afternoon, visit Scott Market, where is a collection of local handicrafts, tapestry, clothes and etc,
In the evening, visit Chinese temple and walk around the china town which is crowded with road-side stalls.
Day 3
Yangon sightseeing (Cooking demonstration at Padomar Restaurant) (Afternoon – leisure) (B,L)
Today Highlight is an exclusive cooking demonstration in one of the best restaurants in town. Visit the local market with chef and prepare traditional Myanmar cuisine.

Afternoon is leisure time in Yangon.
Day 4
Yangon – Bagan – Popa - Bagan (By Morning Flight) (B)
Transfer to airport for flight to Bagan. Upon arrival at Bagan, drive to Popa, an extinct volcano. En route, stop at Palm Juice shop and see the progress of Palm Juice and Jaggery. Arrive at the foot of the Mt. Popa (pedestal hill), walk up to the top of the mountain, there are monasteries and pagodas in different style.
Then, return to Bagan.
Afternoon visit in Bagan includes Ananda Temple, an architectural masterpiece resembling a Greek cross and Ananda Okkyaung, a brick monastery with 18th Century mural paintings.
Day 5
Bagan sightseeing (B)
Start the sightseeing by bicycle in Bagan; Shwezigon Pagoda , the prototype of later Myanmar stupas ; Kyansittha U-min, a tunnel with interesting paintings; Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi Temple, with fine mural paintings of Jataka scenes and Htilominlo Temple, noted for its plaster carvings.
In the afternoon, visit lacquer work shop, Manuha Temple, built in Mon style in 1059, Nanphaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument that is said to have been palace of King Manuha and Dhammanyangyi Temple, the most massive temple in Bagan.
In the evening, enjoy the sunset boat along Ayeyarwaddy River.
Day 6
Bagan – Mandalay (By Morning Flight) (B)
Transfer to airport for flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival Mandalay, transfer to the hotel.
In the afternoon, enjoy the trishaw ride in Mandalay and then visit Shwe Kyaung (Golden Palace) Monastery, noted for its exquisite wood carving, Kuthodaw Pagoda, the World’s Biggest Book for its stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures and enjoy the sunset at the Mandalay Hill, advantaged point for a panoramic view of the city.
Then, enjoy marionette show in Mandalay.
Day 7
Mandalay – Amarapura – Mandalay (B)
In the morning, visit venerable Mahamuni Pagoda and Myanmar traditional handicraft workshops such as marble works, wood carving, gold leaf and tapestry works. Continue to visit Mahagandaryone Monastery where thousands of monks study and live.
Then, visit Jade Market and Shwe Inn Bin Teak Monastery.
Day 8
Mandalay – Ava – Saggaing – Mandalay (B)
Morning drive to Ava and visit by horse carriage. Tour highlights include Bargayar Monastery, Maha Aung Myay Bone Zan Monastery and Nan Myint Watch Tower. Then continue to Sagaing by driving over Inwa(Ava) Bridge across the Ayeyarwaddy river. Tour sightseeing includes; Ywahtaung village, Kaungmudaw, enormous solid dome shaped pagoda, and picturesque Sagaing Hill, a retreat for Buddhist devotees with numerous pagodas and monasteries.
Enjoy the sunset at 1.2km long U Bein wooden Bridge.
Day 9
Mandalay – Heho – Inle (Red Mountain Wineyard) (B, HD)
Transfer to airport for flight to Heho. Upon arrival at Heho airport, drive to Red Mountain Vineyard near Nyaung Shwe to taste the best wine in Inle. After that, drive to Nyaung Shwe jetty and take a boat to transfer to the hotel in Inle.
Day 10
Inle – Indein - Inle (B, HD)
Take the boat excursion along a small canal leading up to the village of Inn Dein and visit Shwe Indein Pagodas. After that visit Ywama village to visit its silver smith workshop, Nga Phe Kyaung village to visit its floating garden and teak monastery containing 16th and 17th century Lacquer Buddha Images. Then, visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, Inn Phaw Khone village where traditional silk weaving is produced and Nam Pan village with cigar making works and blacksmith works.
Day 11
Inle (Afternoon – leisure) (B, HD)
In the morning, walk around the villages at the base of the mountain.
Afternoon is leisure time.
Day 12
Inle – Kalaw (Afternoon – leisure) (B, HD)
In the morning, drive to Kalaw which is a former British Hill Station which is renowned for its cool climate and many churches. On the way visit, Myinmahti Cave.
Day 13
Kalaw trekking (Afternoon – leisure) (B, PICNIC LUNCH)
Today sightseeing will be a light trek to nearby villages. On the trekking trail, vist Taung Min Gyi village (Pa O Tribes and Palaung Tribes). Then proceed to Pein Ne Pin village (Palaung tribes.). Afterwards, back to the hotel.
Day 14
Yangon departure (B)
In the morning, transfer to Heho airport for flight to Yangon. Upon arrival Yangon, visit Kyauktawgyi Buddha Image which is curved out from a single marble stone and white elephant. Then, transfer back to airport for departure flight.

Tourism in Myanmar has increased considerably in the past year and there could be a great shortage of hotels in most cities if the traveling period falls on high season (Oct~Mar).
